Return Process

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the order being placed. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or process a refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.

Cancellation Process

  • Eligibility: Orders can be canceled within 14 days of placement before they are shipped.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@fortiveclothing.store with your order number.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return process if you wish to return the item.

Exceptions

  • Customized Items: Customized products (e.g., personalized prints) cannot be returned or canceled unless they are defective.
  • Non-returnable Items: Items purchased during promotions or final sale are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
